All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. This doesn’t include weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email and text message with tracking information.
To ensure that your package is delivered to you, please make sure your address is entered with the correct spaces and abbreviations.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to implement your request and change the address. If we are unable to, Amira Hair will not take accountability for the incorrect information you provided.
If there is an issue with verifying your address a customer service representative will contact you via email to try and resolve these issues.
After 48 hours of attempting to contact you and there is no response, your order will be canceled and money will be refunded to you.
Amira Hair is not responsible for unclaimed, refused, lost or stolen packages. You will need to contact the delivery carrier directly.
